Address for a deceased person's federal and state tax returns
My Mom passed away last year and I'm the appointed personal representative for her estate. I know that I have to sign her tax return forms. In the personal information section of both the federal and state (NY) returns, what address should I include? I have her name listed to indicate it's her return. Should I include my address since I am the personal rep or her last address?

Sorry for your loss. You should use your address since that is that address the IRS and State would send any letters to, if they needed any information.
