How do you provide feedback to Turbotax? I found the answer to my question in the community, but the question could have been avoided if Turbotax worked better.

If you enter 1098-T before 1099-Q it doesn't give you the option to enter room and board fees paid from 529 plan distribution - incorrectly implies tax obligation

I've forwarded your observation to the powers-that-be.  Hopefully it is reproducible but I wouldn't count on it being fixed this tax season.
