How do I get Turbo tax to recognize my routing number to be correct...when I submit for my refund bank account information it says I have too many numbers?

I have checked it over and over again and I am giving them the correct number.

Sounds like your computer may be experiencing a loop.  Let's clear your cookies and history.  Then reboot.

Cookies are small files that temporarily store data on your computer. We use them to personalize your experience so you see information you already entered and not items that are irrelevant or repetitive.

On rare occasions, they may make your browser think you already did something that you still need to do. To fix that, you'll need to delete (clear) the cookies from your browser.

What is the TurboTax version you are using? Desktop? Online?

If you are using TurboTax Online, this situation has been reported to the developers for resolution as soon as possible. 

If you are using a CD/downloaded version of TurboTax, use the following steps to overcome the error conditions preventing direct deposit:

1. While on the screen asking you to enter your banking information for direct deposit, click the Forms button in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. This will open the Info Wks where there are two items that need attention.
3. Check the Yes box highlighted in pink beside the question Do you want to elect Direct Deposit of any Federal refund?
4. Go to the routing number field and delete all of the extra characters entered after your nine-digit routing number. 
5. Click the Step-by-Step button at the top right corner of the screen to go back to the filing choices and continue to file your return.
