No, I couldn't solve my problem because when I entered the address for the transcript, the system didn't accept it and I still couldn't see anything.

When I checked with the IRS, this is the statement I found.When I checked TurboTax, the page looked like this.

I checked with the IRS and it said didn't process because the SSN and name didn't match.

Thank you so much for your help, but as you said, I can't find it. I think I can't see it because it hasn't been rejected yet. However, it said "didn't process"...
