Trying to refile

Everytime I try to refuel my state taxes I get to the page and confirm everything on where to send my refund and then it kicks me right back to start over!!!

If you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, then return to the FILE section.

Page through the section from the beginning to see if you can now enter your Refund Method and continue to Efile.
