Need Help on Form 561NR

I'm stuck with completing Oklahoma 561-NR form. I entered an amount in the Sale of Business Property and chose Type of Property Sold as "3-Real Property within OK".  When I get to the Type of Property Description, it's asking me for Name of Passthrough Entity or Business and Federal Identification number which doesn't apply to me. Now I can't pass the review because it's asking for the Passthrough information. How do I correct my entry?

You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information to help us diagnose what is going on. If you would like to do this, here are the instructions:

For TurboTax Online:

• From the left menu, click Tax Tools>
• Tools>
• Share my file with agent click send
• There will be a pop-up with a token number
• Reply to this thread with the token number

For TurboTax Desktop:

• On your menu bar at the very top, click "Online">
• Send Tax File to Agent click send
• The pop-up will have a token number
• Reply to this thread with the token number

I'll be able to open TurboTax with your numbers, but not your personal information. That may help diagnose the issue.

I'm having the same problem. If there is no pass-through entity, there is no FEIN. TT is filling page 2 and maybe not supposed to when no pass-through entity?

Page 2 is only for a pass-through entity.  Here is the form and instructions, 2021 Form 561-NR Oklahoma Capital Gain Deduction. I entered a capital gain and it went to the first part only, code 3 with a reduced capital gain due to the time factor.  Hopefully the instructions will help clear up your issue. If not, you can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information.  If you would like to do this, here are the instructions: 

If you are online, go to tax tools>tools > share file with agent > 6 digit number pops up.

If on desktop, go to online >send tax file to agent > number pops.
