I need State efile confirmation number
Your customer service is deplorable.
I purchased TT Delux that included one state e file. I cannot get an efile # to process my taxes.
How do I get one?

I had to go thru this 3 times. Once for myself and another two times for my kids efile. Each time I paid the state efile fee of $25 the software did not think I paid but I did. To fix this click on the help link when purchasing the state efile and call that number. Explain that you already paid but the software is not recognizing the purchase. You need the state efile unlock code. Give them your account info that purchased the efile with. You might need to give the the order number on your email confirmation. they should walk you through a 100% discount purchase of the state efile. You five them you serial code and then they will give you the unlock state confirmation code.

Have filed the state return ,and it has been excepted--so do not need confirmation number!

We are at the peak of the season, so call times may be longer than normal. I would suggest to try calling once more.
I filed my taxes both Fed & State online. I was waiting for a confirmation that it was received and would be processed.
I was told the filing on turbo tax was at no charge for both filings
At this point should I just send in my returns Fed & State....I don't want to be told at the last minute that it was not filed.
