Sorry, but you need to upgrade to TurboTax Live.  https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/live/how-it-works.htm   It's pricier but is available for Basic, Deluxe, and Premier. I've tried on and off for years. Or you might get lucky using https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/products/advantage/  - it's supposed to get you to a live person. Good luck!
