I keep getting rejected and I have sent the correct information numerous times. I don't know what to do. Do I just mail the taxes?

I do have a balance owing from my 2022 federal tax. would that be a factor in the rejection especially if I have sent the correct AGI from my 2022 taxes line 11?

Review and then go to file and pick the option that you did not file taxes last year. Then it will skip AGI question and let you file. The IRS does not see that question.
