The goal of this yoga practice is to improve self-expression on all levels, including the mind, body, and consciousness. Anyone who enjoys yoga, Ayurveda, Indian culture, self-discovery, and isn't scared of change is welcome. All of the participants will undoubtedly get quite close throughout these five days of yoga therapy, assisting one another in discovering their inner potential.
