What to d if I have no ECN

You will be able to obtain your Electronic Confirmation Number (ECN) from HealthCare.Gov to claim exemptions.

If you have not received one you are going to have to follow up with the Marketplace.

Enter the marketplace information by following these steps:

To the left of the screen, click on Federal.
To the left of the screen, click on Deductions & credits.
To the right of Medical, click the down arrow.
Click Start or Revisit to the right of Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A).
