It has been over 7 months and still I have no word on whether or not I filed my taxes correctly or if the IRS is issuing me a refund. I was hoping to get some clarification or information on what the process is. I have been waiting for someone to reach out to me for quite some time.

Hi Jacob,

Considering it's been 7 months since you filed I recommend viewing your account with the IRS. If you don't have an account it's fairly easy to create one. From your account you can check for any IRS notices that you may be unaware of that could be stalling the payment of your refund.
