2020 W2c with change to box 12a

Received a 2020 W2c and the amount in box 12a went up by $200.  Code in the box is C.  Do i need to file an amended return since i already filed? And will my taxes go up because the amount went up?

The amount in Box 12 with Code C is for taxable cost of group-term life insurance over $50,000.
