Asset entry worksheet line 11 not pulling from or matching asset life history

The asset worksheet line 11 for depreciation deduction does not match the value in the asset life history table.

How can this happen?

What am I doing wrong?

I used turbotax 2019 but did not use it to file. Needed a CPA to add form 3115 to correct old stuff.

This asset is the rental property house. Depreciation was not taken in 2017 and 2018 so the 3115 was needed.

I've tried deleting the asset and adding it again. The value is $7941 and it shows $7914 in the asset life history table.
