If you are continuing to experience this issue, we would like to ask you to provide a diagnostic copy of your tax return data so that we can take a closer look. Diagnostic copies do not transmit any of your personal data.
Follow these steps to provide us with diagnostic data:
TurboTax Online:
- Sign into your online account.
- Locate the Tax Tools on the left-hand side of the screen.
- A drop-down will appear. Select Tools
- On the pop-up screen, click on “Share my file with agent.”
- Please post the token number that is provided in this step as a reply to this thread.
TurboTax Desktop/Download Versions:
- Open your return.
- Click the Online tab in the black bar across the top of TurboTax and select “Send Tax File to Agent.”
