I contacted TurboTax technical support earlier today and the person I spoke with immediately provided a new downloadable version of TTax Deluxe with State because he assumed my CD version from Costco was corrupt. After removing the prior iteration and installing the new one I set out to try again. The good news is that I got further than I had before but the bad news is that I still haven't made it out of the Income section without it crashing. I guess I'll call technical support again ...
