Why is Form 4868 "Taxes Paid" field not populating?

I have entered taxes paid (via W-2) and this amount is showing on Form 1040, but it is not flowing to Form 4868. The "Freeze Amounts" checkbox is unchecked. Why is this data not flowing to Form 4868?

Only the amounts that were entered when filing out the extension will post.

Return to this area by following these steps:

• From inside TurboTax, enter extend in the search box.
• Click the Jump to link in the search results.
• Complete the interview.
