If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, your funds go first from the IRS to an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted.  Then that bank sends the rest on to your bank (or card) in a second direct deposit.   That process is handled by a third-party company SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group.)

If the IRS has sent your funds, the IRS says to allow up to 5 days for the funds to arrive at the bank due to variations in bank processing procedures/times.

If the IRS has released your funds, you can check on the status at the website of the third-party company SBTPG, using their refund lookup tool:

To log in, choose the "For Taxpayers" portal at:
https://www.sbtpg.com/

then choose "Check with TPG."

If needed, SBTPG has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours.  Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as above.
