Does anyone know why my stated refund does not equal my Taxes paid - Tax liability?

When I look at the "detailed view of my numbers" and do the math manually, the difference does not equal what the tool is stating as my refund.

We cannot see your return.  However, please use the copy of page two of form 1040 to manipulate the numbers from the return view.  This is more detailed and could provide the answers.  State from line 24.
