how do i correct this or find out what bank turbo tax considers foreign

It could be that you answered yes to a question in the interview about Foreign Financial Assets.  To go back to the question:

1. Open (continue) your return in TurboTax
2. In Tax Home, select Other Tax Situations
3. Go to Other Forms and scroll down
4. Open (continue) your return in TurboTax
5. Select Start or Edit by Prepare a report on foreign financial assets
6. On the question Do you any Foreign Financial Assets? Answer No
