Purchased GLD ETF in 2025. Report fees?

I purchased GLD etf in September 2025. 1099DIV has following listed. How do I report these in my tax return. I never sold any of my GLD in 2025 . My brokerage said these are fees from expense ratio of the fund.

Use the above as a search term in Google. You'll see a link to the PDF that tells you how to report.

Note that the fund sells a small amount of gold to pay fund expenses and you have to determine your pro-rata share of expenses (cost) for each month the shares were held. Since that's sort of a pain, the alternate way of reporting would be to enter $0 as a cost basis and report the total proceeds as collectible gain.
