Hello all
After 30 min on phone with TT, it is working. We tried many different things but what worked is as follows.
I started TT and got white screen, changed to lowest resolution and got the activation screen. Without moving curser to the box, I typed in activation code ( even though you cant see anything and it looks like nothing is happening) , then restored resolution to the normal resolution and the code was there. Hit enter and it now seems to work. Fingers crossed!!!!!!!!!
